Ayurveda in its fullest expression as the “science of life” is much more than a medical system of health care. The Way of Tantrik Ayurveda takes us on the journey of harmonizing our own energies of the 5 elements in the form of the three doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), 7 tissues, mind and the three physico-spiritual essences of the tissues and doshas called prana, tejas and ojas, with the greater cosmological energies of Nature from which they are derived.

As we discover the congruency between the micro-cosmology of our physiology and the macro-cosmology of the laws of the universe, we reveal the inherent unity of our apparent individual self and the entire Universe, seen and unseen.

Ayurvedic Courses
Courses deal with diet, cooking, seasons, daily health routine, proper conduct, sleep, rest exercise, meditation, herbal medicines, Ayurvedic theory of disease and health, rejuvenation methods for the mind and body, and more.

Taken in this broad context, it becomes clear that Ayurveda, as it was revealed and transmitted by India’s enlightened Rishis, is a valid spiritual path of self realization.

Ayurvedic Consultation
An excellent way to introduce yourself to Ayurveda is to have a personal consultation with Dharmanidhi or one of his skilled apprentices. In this consultation, your constitution will be diagnosed and any chronic health problems or health goals will be addressed.
